Downloading this add-on from Atlassian Marketplace, you will be able to use two different gadgets: Project Monitor – Effort Tracking and Project Monitor – Delivery Tracking. This way, you will get a lot of useful features in a single, powerful tool.

Both gadgets have been developed to allow you to monitor your projects’ performances, focusing on specific – but complementary – elements like the resources investment or the delivery date.

Project Monitor – Delivery Tracking

This gadget allows you to track the progress of the project towards the delivery date. It concentrates on the delivery, considering the start and end date of the project according to your business plan. The gadget shows you on a timeline the ideal state of the project at the moment in contrast with its real state and provides you with a forecast of the end of the project.

Project Monitor – Effort Tracking

This gadget allows you to track effort estimated, spent and remaining to complete the project. It concentrates on effort that has been estimated for the project. The gadget shows you how much of it has been used already, how much of it is still available and how much is needed to complete the project. You can easily see whether you are spending more time than anticipated or, the opposite, the work is completed with less effort.
